Tudor Finneran of England  had written a book, "Across China in 250 Pages," before applying to the Global Business Journalism program. After completing his first year, he wrote an article on his first 225 days as a student in China summing up his cultural awakening in seven important lessons. The Tsinghua Business Journalism Forum in Washington, D.C.

The Tsinghua Business Journalism Forum was held outside of Beijing for the first time ever in 2024. The National Press Club in Washington, D.C., was the site of the GBJ program's most important annual event. Prominent international and Chinese journalists and think tank analysts met to discuss the topic, "Chinese-U.S. economic ties in the aftermath of Donald Trump's election victory."  Read about it here .
