The Global Business Journalism program has been training aspiring journalists to see the world through an international lens for 14 years. Global Business Journalism has taught more than 500 students about our increasingly interconnected global economy and has given students from about 70 countries an opportunity to experience – and learn about – China first-hand. The program has provided about 150 news organizations around the world with interns, freelance reporters and, most importantly, full-time staffers.
As international members of the incoming class of 2021 prepared for their first classes, they shared with us their reasons for joining Global Business Journalism and described what they hoped to learn during their two years in the program.
